It’s about creating lasting memories with those you love the most!
Enjoy a 10 minute experience with Santa where your child can ask all their questions about the reindeer, the workshop and the elves. They can also share their Christmas lists, find their names on the Nice List, and read a Christmas story. Brigette will capture the sweet moments with the wonder and awe in your children’s eyes! At the end of your time, your children will receive a gift from Santa , a ticket to Joyland and enjoy the magic of snow from the North Pole. No waiting in lines at the mall or being rushed through their time with the jolly old elf.
This intimate setting allows you and your children the opportunity to spend time with Santa while creating memories you will cherish forever.
After your time with Santa, your family will be taken to Joyland where more fun awaits! In Joyland, your children will get to play, eat and drink delicious treats, make reindeer food and enjoy the joys of Christmas!
You will receive an online gallery with at least 5 beautifully edited images within 3 weeks from your session date. Need your images faster? You can upgrade to rush delivery to receive your gallery within 3 days.

“We booked with Brigette for the Santa Experience for the first time this year, and WOW what an experience it was!! My son was 10 months old at the time, and he typically is a bit shy and hates people in costumes 😂 so my expectation would be that he’d be crying in the photos! Brigette worked with us to have Santa hide for the first few minutes while we got a few smiling shots, then Santa snuck in behind us and she grabbed some of the sweetest shots of all of us with Santa. Even the photos of our son screaming and crying on Santa’s lap were adorable! She has truly found the sweetest, most kind, and gentle Santa there is. Loved spending time in joyland afterwards with hot chocolate and ice cream (and all of the other special treats). So many thoughtful and intentional touches throughout that make this so much more than just photos with Santa. Would highly recommend trying to book a slot with her for next year! 10 out of 10 experience!!!!”

Santa has YEARS of experience with children (he is Santa, after all)... there's nothing he hasn't seen! He and Brigette work effortlessly in all situations to make sure kids have a great time! We will not traumatize your child AT ALL. If you are okay with the "crying photo" (many parents love this!) then we will snap it real fast and give the child back to their caregivers. If you think your child might cry and you'd prefer them not to, then you might want to come dressed for photos because you might need to hop in and hold your child while they meet Santa.

Tickets are non-refundable; however, there is always a waitlist for this event so you can either give your ticket to a friend (please notify Brigette if you do this) or you can email hello@brigettebillups.com and we will look at getting your ticket sold to a family on the waitlist.

You will receive a questionnaire in your email after booking that I kindly request you fill out prior to your session so Santa and Brigette know all the details to make your session the most magical it can be!

Sure! We can snap a quick photo of the whole family with Santa, or just the whole family on the white sofa!

This 10 minute session time is for immediate family members only (grandparents can come watch if they would like)! If you'd like to book cousins/friends together, please reach out to hello@Brigettebillups.com and we will see if we can arrange your sessions to be back-to-back.
